Course Information
Compliance for Australian Workplaces
Slips, trips and falls are still one of the leading causes of workplace injuries in Australia — not because they’re unavoidable, but because basic risks are ignored or poorly managed.
Preventing Slips, Trips and Falls provides clear, practical guidance on how these incidents occur and what workers and employers must do to prevent them. This course focuses on everyday work environments where floor conditions, walkways, lighting, housekeeping, footwear, and behaviour all play a role in safety.
Learners are shown how common hazards develop, how to spot them early, and how simple controls can prevent serious injuries. The course reinforces legal duties under Australian WHS laws to maintain safe workplaces and ensure risks are eliminated or reduced so far as reasonably practicable.
This training is designed to be immediately applicable — no theory overload, just clear expectations and sensible controls.
This course takes approximately 20 mins to complete.
